Ans:We recommend vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for best quality, but we also accept JPG and PNG.
Q: Do you provide digital proofs before production?
Ans: Absolutely. You’ll receive a free digital proof for approval before we begin embroidering.
Q: What type of embroidery thread do you use?
Ans: We use premium, colorfast polyester thread that resists fading and shrinking.
Q: Can I get a sample before placing a large order?
Ans: Yes, we offer sample runs for a small fee that’s applied to your bulk order.

Ans: Yes, we provide special pricing on orders of 24 or more items.
